Working as the creative lead on a wide range of clients and projects, including CLIF, Bel Brands and Hologic diagnostics. As one of three creative leaders on Kellogg's, I helped grow the business from $1.5 to $9M with award-winning work, including a Gold Effie and Cannes finalist. I played an integral role in Edelman ranking 4th in Ad Age’s A List 2019, with my photo and work featured in the article. I also led winning pitches for Hostess, Hologic and Du Page Medical Group.


Freelance Creative Director, Ogilvy & Mather/ Geometry Global  |   Chicago, USA
October 2014 – Oct 2015
Helped lead the creative team onboard the General Mills business at Geometry, planning and ideating creative for18 months of programs in only 4 weeks. Filled in for the creative lead on extended leave for SC Johnson North America. Helped launch campaigns at Ogilvy for SJ Johnson, Fantastik, Jimmy Dean, Glade and Jim Beam across TV, OOH, print, online, social and brand activations.

Helped launch the pilot program for McDonald’s customer satisfaction program at Arc Worldwide, later moving to Leo Burnett to help launch a new integrated campaign for DeVry University.

August 2008 – May 2013
Integrated creative director of a full-service agency, specializing in customer analytics, customer experience and technology. Managed a team of 16 creatives, designers and developers. Led winning pitches for GE and the Salvation Army. Other clients have included Mazda Australia, City of Melbourne, Foxtel, Sensis and CPA Australia.

Led the agency’s second largest account, Michelin Asia Pacific. Experience in Australian, Asian-Pacific and International markets. Helped the agency to win the B&T Weekly Victorian Agency of the Year.

Co-founded a successful creative consultancy developing strategy and creative. Won several large Australian and international clients, including Nike retail for Australia and New Zealand and the Australian Federal Government.

As the senior writer on a small team, I helped grow the business and elevate the creative standard to win AdNews Australian Direct Marketing Agency of the Year, 2005. Worked on the winning pitch for Michelin Motorsport International, creating print and outdoor advertising appearing in over 30 countries.
